Hard requirements

• Public work pages on whitelisted licensed platforms only; the platform list ships with the code and anything unregistered cannot be added
• Every entry needs a traceable link back to the official source — no verifiable origin means no listing
• No piracy sites, no file-lockers, no unauthorised reprints
• No illegal content and nothing that breaks platform policies

How ranking works

Ranking blends reader rating, seven-day growth, view or read counts, subscriber numbers and platform chart position. Entries with missing metrics are never hidden, they simply sort to the end.

We do not sell placement and we do not accept payment for position. Chart order is computed from those metrics alone.

Human review

Automated collection always lands in a review queue first and only goes live after a human confirms it. Anything needing human judgement — whether a title is legitimate, whether a cover is appropriate, whether author details are correct — is never auto-approved.

Every live entry carries an editorially written note that only adds what the source does not say: who it suits, where the appeal lies, what will annoy you. We do not copy plot summaries; that adds no value and creates duplicate content.

Data checks and removal

Metrics are re-collected on a schedule, and the date shown on each card is when that entry was last verified.

We re-check the source link of every live entry on a schedule. Titles removed by their platform are dropped automatically; anything we cannot confirm because of bot protection, rate limits or timeouts is always kept — better a stale link than a wrongly deleted one.

Conflicts of interest

Some outbound links are affiliate links, so a purchase made through them may earn us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra and never affects what we list or how we rank it.
